Position Overview:

The team of Xuran Wang PhD at the Seaver Autism Center for Research and Treatment in the Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York is seeking a motivated creative and dynamic postdoctoral fellow with expertise in biostatistics/bioinformatics to study the singlecell transcriptomics and multiomics data with a focus on method development for neuropsychiatric diseases such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Research Focus:

Dr. Wangs research bridges statistical genomics computational biology and neuroscience. The lab is committed to developing and applying advanced statistical computational and machinelearning methods to decode genomic transcriptomic and phenotypic data. Current projects include methodological advancements for singlecell CRISPR data and spatial transcriptomics.
