Curtis Instruments a Rehlko company is searching for a visionary Senior IT Manager to shape and drive the companys technology strategy! Collaborating closely with Rehlko IT youll ensure IT systems and infrastructure align seamlessly with both Curtis business objectives and Rehlkos overall IT framework. This pivotal role oversees the development implementation and management of cuttingedge technology initiatives. Youll lead and collaborate with teams across network security systems administration and IT support to ensure scalable secure and efficient operations. Reporting to the VP IT (Curtis) with a dottedline relationship to Rehlko IT youll activate strategic roadmaps and deliver fitforpurpose solutions that drive innovation and business success.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute the companys IT vision and strategy ensuring alignment with both Curtis and Rehlkos business objectives.
Assess and enhance workflows across departments to drive improvements in operational efficiency.
Identify technology trends and opportunities that promote business growth and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize key IT initiatives that add value.
Drive technology thought leadership to optimize productivity agility and revenue generation.
Establish IT investment plans forecasts and scalable solutions to meet business needs.
Design develop and manage scalable secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
Ensure the integrity and availability of network resources servers and business applications.
Manage cloudbased environments virtualization technologies and onpremise IT solutions.
Lead the creation and of cybersecurity strategies to protect critical data and IT assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks including GDPR ISO and NIST standards.
Mentor and manage IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Attract develop and retain top talent to build a highperforming IT organization.
Create technology capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies and investment priorities.
Oversee largescale IT projects from system upgrades to the rollout of new technologies.
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure optimal value and high performance.
Optimize resource allocation and manage the IT departments budget effectively.
Identify and adopt emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is required (a Masters degree is preferred).
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis development and support.
You must have at least 2 years of IT management experience showcasing strong leadership skills.
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linuxbased systems for servers and client stations is required.
Expertise in WAN LAN VPN and other internetbased communication protocols is essential.
Practical experience with router switch and firewall configuration and maintenance is a must.
Familiarity with ERP business system software like SyteLine and SQL databases is expected.
A strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and security standards is required.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite O365 Azure and BI reporting tools (PowerBI Crystal etc. is necessary.
Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing highperforming teams is critical.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a solutionoriented mindset are essential.

The salary range for this position is $175000 $ specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. Available benefits include medical dental vision & 401k.
