Job Description

Role: Account Executive (US)
Location: Berlin Stuttgart Munich based

Product: Verticle Native AI Spare parts identification and supply chain optimization platform for OEM machinery companies
Size and functions of local team: building the GTM team now 45 open sales positions)

Role description: As the part opf the first AE team youd be responsible for:
  1. Build pipeline and grow revenuein the US (mainly eastcoast)
  2. Help shape the sales process by capturing repeatability and predictability in the GTM motion
  • Target/KPI: 600K ARR annually / 50k per month
  • Deal size/cycle: ACV 4060K ARR 34 months cycle
  • PG & support: 90 selfgenerated pipeline 10 marketing support inbound leads
  • Buyer persona: Head of Service (responsible for aftersales and spare part business)

  • Ability to move to US and further build out the business for Synthavo in 27.

Must haves:

  • 2 years fullcycle b2b SaaS sales experience
  • Having sold similar deal sizes 4060K ACV)
  • Strong hunter mentality and proven track record in building pipeline
  • Having worked in a start / scaleup environment with little sales support.
  • Personality traits: Founder mentality/willingness to build things (naturally curious resilient teamplayer highly accountable) being motivated of that very early stage
Nice to haves:
  • Based near Stuttgart
  • Experience selling to OEM machinery companies or similar industrial clients

Salary range & secondary benefits: 130150K OTE 50/50 split) benefits

Hiring process:

  1. First screening call by Bluebird
  2. Meeting Hiring Manager (CEO/ Founder Sebastiaan) 45 minutes
  3. Case Study presentation (shared 48 hours in advance) with Sebastian & Malthe (external advisor) 1 hour
  4. Reference check (two refs one ex manager minimum)
  5. Offer stage
