Build pipeline and grow revenuein the US (mainly eastcoast)
Help shape the sales process by capturing repeatability and predictability in the GTM motion

Having worked in a start / scaleup environment with little sales support.
Personality traits: Founder mentality/willingness to build things (naturally curious resilient teamplayer highly accountable) being motivated of that very early stage
