Size and functions of local team: Currently sales is done by HoS CEO and 1 AE. This is the first BDR hire.
Role description:
- As BDR you run sophisticated outreach to Clevel and other high level stakeholders
- You map out targeted accounts and plan a GTM approach to generate pipeline
- Work on international companies (not only DACH focused)
- You run discovery calls with high level leadership and qualify leads for AEs
Must havess:
- Strong academic background (Bachelor)
- Intelligence must be high
- Needs to have the presence to talk to Clevel executives
- Sophisticated person
Nice to haves:
- Sales experience (B2B)
- Extra curriculum at school
Salary range: 4050k fix (for a college graduate) 20k bonus / Up to 60k fix 20k bonus for someone with sales experience
