Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Program Manager (PM) with security solutions development experience. This role is responsible and accountable to navigate problem spaces and turn them into wellstructured programs while being crossfunctional relationship builders. This role requires that you have the ability to see and understand the big picture find connections where none exist quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams identifying and executing on a common goal to support the Enterprise Data Protection program.
Key Experience:
- Understanding of storage infrastructure
- Previous history with policy enforcement and external compliance remediation
- Experience delivering security programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Experience in technology architecture design and solutioning.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for identifying and overcoming endtoend crossfunctional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.
- Lead and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and ontheground leadership.
- Drive and influence technical strategy proactively identify problems align on priorities and set direction for a broadly crossfunctional area.
- Define and own what success looks like metrics & measurement rollout and scalable and sustainable operational plan.
- Build strong trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners leaders and organizations without authority.
- Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomes.
- Assist in rolling out security standards and risk assessment methodologies.
- Coordinate and enforce compliance with organization level security standards.
- Lead requirements elicitation for new security solutions identify security improvements and optimizations across the system.
- Identify exceptions and solution for new processes and policies to solve these exceptions.
- Translate technical process and requirements to a nontechnical audience
- Take ambiguous and illdefined problem statements and translate them into a deliverable and measurable goal.
- Take ownership of metrics and driving those metrics to completion.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 5 years of experience in software engineering systems engineering hardware engineering or technical product/program management focused on information security and risk management or equivalent experience
- Project management experience centered around information security and associated technology implementations.
- Understanding of storage infrastructure
- Previous history with policy enforcement and external compliance remediation
- Experience delivering security programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Experience in technology architecture design and solutioning.
- Experience with executing daytoday activities required for the development and tracking of information security initiatives including the communication and management of policies controls and practices.
- Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience.
- Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problemsolving experience.
- Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management.
- Demonstrated experience with operating autonomously across multiple teams to foster crossfunctional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and crossfunctional partners.
- Experience establishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
- Resultsoriented high energy selfmotivated.
