The successful candidate will have previous executive experience assisting Directors be highly skilled in pagination and indexing and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team.
Qualification:
Grade 12
Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma
Minimum Requirements:
Previous executive experience assisting Directors 5 years experience in a Law Firm)
Provide administrative support to the Directors including preparing documents reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).
Handling Commercial and Litigation documents.
