Job Description
Join dedicated team of Physiotherapist in private practice located near Bentleigh in Melbourne.
In this role you will work in a vibrant established clinic environment engaging with a diverse range of patients from sports enthusiasts to those recovering from surgery. You will assess their needs develop tailored treatment plans and use your expertise in manual therapy and exercisebased interventions to promote recovery and wellness.
New Graduates and candidates on Visa 417 are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical needs of patients.
- Design and implement individualised treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal patient recovery.
- Utilise evidencebased practices in your therapeutic approach.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and selfmanagement techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
