Job Description
Synerfac is seeking a Sr. Plumbing Technician for our client in Rocky Mount VA. Our client is a familyowned business that serves Roanoke and the surrounding areas.
The Senior Technician works as part of a team having responsibility for completing service calls as assigned in a timely manner while training and developing team members. The service technician is expected to participate in making decisions affecting the work with and through the team leader. This position will supervise the work and performance of a service apprentices as well as assist technicians when necessary.
Install maintain and repair plumbing systems water heaters and fixtures.
Cut and assemble pipes tubes and fittings with precision.
Inspect and test systems for safety and code compliance.
Diagnose issues and deliver fast effective solutions.
Use our fixed pricing guide to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about work needed.
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential service and repair plumbing.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems fixture replacements and repairs.
Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years).
Preferred: Experience with video inspection of drain lines sewer cleaning and leak location.
