Content Moderator Italian Speaker
Are you passionate about creating a safe and enjoyable online environment Join our team as a Content Moderator in the vibrant city of Porto where youll contribute to a global social media platform while working in a competitive and dynamic industry.

Location: POP Porto Office Park Porto
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Base salary of 1000 (x14 months) 200 language bonus (x12 months)
Meal Allowance: 1837 (net/year)
Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 in Economy class
Schedules: Rotative shifts 24/7 with 2 days off
Your Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate online videos content and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
Update audit and manage content for a leading social media platform.
Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Profile
Required Skills:
Fluency in Italian (C1 and English (B2
Strong PC navigation and computer skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment.
NicetoHave Qualities:
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation 6 months to 1 year).
Associate degree in a related field.
Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining highquality output.
Team player with an independent work approach.
A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations.
