Job Title: Service Assistant

About the Employer:
A leading HVAC solutions provider specializing in heat pumps and chillers known for innovative technology and strong client service across India.
Scope of the Job:
You will be responsible for installation commissioning and maintenance of HVAC systems (heat pumps & chillers) coordinating spare parts logistics managing AMC/CAMC contracts vendor and dealer interaction and site assessments. Administrative duties include documentation invoicing and occasional night site monitoring.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduation in a technical discipline

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and field service operations

Good coordination communication and client handling skills
