Your roles mission:
As Brand & Content Marketing Manager your mission will be to drive Pelicos brand marketing efforts and position the company as a category leader in manufacturing tech. You will shape and execute a compelling brand narrative that differentiates Pelico in the market supports scalable growth and aligns with our gotomarket and product strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and Elevate Pelicos Brand Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine Pelicos brand positioning based on deep understanding of our product customers and market trends.
- Define and execute a fullfunnel content strategy aligned with campaign goals and buyer journey stages.
- Lead the development of brand assets including messaging frameworks tone of voice and content guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels through strong crossfunctional collaboration with Product Sales and Customer teams.
2. Operationally Support GotoMarket Teams
- Create engaging campaignready content (e.g. case studies whitepapers pitch decks thought leadership).
- Manage and animate Pelicos owned media including the website and LinkedIn presence.
- Coordinate with external vendors for creative production and manage budgets accordingly.
3. Align Content Marketing with Product Strategy and Market Needs
- Collaborate with Product and Customer teams to transform insights into compelling narratives.
- Ensure 100 of content output reflects product messaging and ICP needs.
- Drive alignment through regular syncs with Marketing Product and Sales stakeholders.
4. Build a DataDriven Content Marketing Engine
- Define KPIs measure content performance and iterate based on insights to continuously improve ROI.
- Manage the content marketing budget and track spend efficiency.
- Implement scalable tracking and reporting systems for datainformed decisionmaking.
Location: You will be based in Paris with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in brand and/or content marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong track record crafting compelling messaging and producing various content formats.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS gotomarket strategies and customer journeys.
- Proficient in website management social media engagement and SEO best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear impactful messaging.
- Comfortable managing crossfunctional projects and balancing multiple priorities.
- Datadriven with experience in marketing analytics and content performance tracking.
- High autonomy and adaptability in a fastpaced scaleup environment.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus not required).
