Are you a marketing leader ready to shape the future of our brand and products Were seeking a professional to play a pivotal role in defining and executing our GoToMarket (GTM) strategies. As Head of GTM and Digital Product Marketing you will be responsible for shaping the course of our marketing and launch efforts in alignment with our overarching business objectives.
Core Job Responsibilities:
GotoMarket Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive gotomarket strategies that harmonize with the global Vision Care Commercial teams and Franchise and Digital strategy. Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams including product management sales operations regional marketing and other franchise businesses to ensure a unified and impactful approach.
Strategic Commercial Planning and : Craft and execute innovative and resultsdriven marketing campaigns programs and initiatives for market launches and updates which can include first launch within global territories. Harness market research customer insights and competitive analysis to pinpoint target markets positioning and messaging.
Commercial Models: Working closely with Franchise and/or Commercial teams to define commercial models for digital products and platform including revenue pricing strategies costofgoodssold (COGS) and contract . Provide global guidance for business/financial models and contracts.
Promotional and Marketing Assets: Supervise the development of marketing assets in partnership with agency experts upholding brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Maintain brand guidelines to guarantee that all marketing materials and communications reflect the companys core values and positioning in a strategic manner.
Partnership Planning: Lead strategic partnerships in the area of digital and technology to further expand and enhance the platform. Management of 3rdparty relationships and development of mutually beneficial business models.
Demand Generation: Collaborate closely with regional downstream sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and demand creation initiatives across diverse channels including digital marketing content marketing social media industry congresses and events. Maintain annual global guidance documents and support regions with ongoing commercialization optimization.
Product Launch Support: Lead and contribute to the planning and of successful product launches by orchestrating activities across departments for seamless . Develop comprehensive gotomarket plans messaging collateral and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing sales endeavors strategically.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay at the forefront of market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research and analysis. Utilize data and insights strategically to inform marketing strategies and drive datadriven decisions. Own claims and evidence generation including Claims matrix and Keyopinionleader engagement strategy.
Core Qualifications Include:
7 years of experience in marketing and/or go to market roles preferably with experience with emerging initiatives within digital innovation.
Proven experience in marketing management with a focus on gotomarket strategies and .
Strong knowledge of marketing principles strategies and tactics across various channels
Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisionmaking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership qualities and a proactive selfmotivated mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas effectively.
Passion for the digital health industry and a drive to make a positive impact on healthcare
Recommended Education:
Bachelors degree in marketing business engineering or a related field (masters degree preferred)
