Job Description
THEREFORE WE NEED YOU TO
Be skilled at
- Delivering engineering solutions considering
- Fluid and thermodynamic systems
- Material selection and structural calculations
- Manufacturing techniques & geometric tolerances
- Specifying controls strategy and Instrumentation
- Utilising data analysis to understand complex systems
Have experience of
- Design Integration of powertrain components onto test rigs & facilities
- Mechanical design using 3D CAD (ideally Catia V5 / LCA)
- Design of highly loaded mechanical components
- Design or specification of fluid conditioning systems
Demonstrate knowledge of
- Powertrains and their systems
- Test facility environments
Hold these qualifications
- 2:1 degree (minimum) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
Be
- Passionate about engineering
- Creative innovative and curious
- Committed to delivering to high standards
- Autonomous taking ownership and responsibility
