We are looking for hardworking serviceminded individuals who love to have fun.
We dont babysit you but we help you build your clientele. We work hard but have fun. We may grill out at the office. We take time off as needed and we make a lot of friends. Most importantly we make good money!
This is Commission Based Only Get paid good for your effort. You make more money this way.
- Minimum 1year sales experience in Flooring or other home building materials; roofing windows siding cabinets lighting etc.
- Paid training provided
- Annual company convention in Cabo Mexico If selected
- Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company)
- Flexible hours
- Selfstarter
- Be an established networker in the community and source your own leads
- Go out to clients homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
- Follow our Sales System using our tablet laptop and software (nonnegotiable)
- Ability to create new customers and maintain relationships
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
- Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
- Motivation to visit a minimum of 2 new potential clients daily first 30 days
- Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
- Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
- Engage in ongoing training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
