Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the daytoday operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee recordkeeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in HR information systems (HRIS) data and analytics at PwC will focus on enabling process optimization automation efficient data management reporting and leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions in the HRIS data and analytics space. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilising advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes enhance employee experience and support business and human resource clients to optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

Job Description

  • Responsible for competing tickets assigned in Aha database. This involves creating new pages communications update/edit pages in the partner portal.
  • Maintain asset inventory
  • Proofread content for validity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with content stakeholders if issues/questions arise with ticket requests.


General Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Previous page development content creation experience is helpful.
  • Project management skills to track progress of open requests. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High quality of work testing of content to ensure meets requirements prior to sharing with stakeholders.
  • Team with US and India based teams. Agile in day to day work needs.
  • Ability to work adjusted schedule to accommodate US hours and business needs.
