SOUND Behavioral Health is growing and we are hiring for a variety of behavioral healthcare roles! Join us on Thursday May 15 from 11:00am6:00pm at our Tukwila East office to connect directly with a hiring manager.

Qualifications

We are hiring for various roles across clinical and nonclinical teams. Whether youre an experienced behavioral health professional or are considering a career change wed love to meet you!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Educational requirements will vary depending on the position. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for all positions. Candidates with bachelors and masters degrees are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working within behavioral health recovery human services homelessness or with disabled populations is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Strong commitment to working with individuals with a mental illness.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to work as a team.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and be a selfstarter.
  • Ability to manage or learn to manage crisis effectively.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

  • Washington State drivers license and insurable driving record required.
  • Must successfully pass criminal background checks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to use hands fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The team member frequently is required to stand and sit.
  • The team member is occasionally required to walk.
  • The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds or more with assistance.

General compensation range: $23.71$34.73 per hour depending on position and experience. Mobile crisis response team members earn an additional $7.00 per hour.

Clinical supervisor compensation range: $77968.80 $96096 per year.

RN compensation range: $55.08 $57.89 per hour.
