Job Description
- Lead and execute attributespecific (NVH/Reliability) testing activities including vehicle preparation instrumentation setup data acquisition and detailed result analysis
- Collaborate closely with Attribute Managers to define achieve and validate performance targets
- Conduct indepth analyses of test data to identify root causes and propose practical effective solutions for attribute improvement
- Support the development and refinement of attribute testing procedures to ensure consistency accuracy and reliability of outcomes
- Prepare detailed technical reports and provide actionable insights to attribute management and crossfunctional teams
- Continuously remain informed about industry best practices new methodologies and technological advancements relevant to the specialized attribute area
Requirements
Degree/Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive attribute development and testing (Any of NVH Durability Vehicle Dynamics PED Thermal HVAC Safety Electrical)
- Fluent in English (speaking reading writing). Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous
Experience:
- Handson experience in vehicle attribute tuning testing analysis and optimization
- Proficiency with attributespecific instrumentation and sensor setups (e.g. accelerometer microphones thermal sensors strain gauges data acquisition systems)
- Skilled in performing and coordinating standard attributespecific testing processes (road tests rig tests laboratory tests environmental chamber tests)
- Familiarity with attributerelated analytical tools and software relevant to the specialized area
- Demonstrated ability to closely collaborate with attribute managers and crossfunctional teams to effectively implement improvements
- Proficient in interpreting test data performing rootcause analysis and clearly communicating findings and recommendations
- Experience with structured problemsolving methodologies (DFMEA DVP 8D 5Y DFSS FTA Fish Bone)

- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic handson and collaborative environment
- Strong proficiency in structured problemsolving methodologies (DFMEA DVP 8D 5Y DFSS FTA Fish Bone)
