Job Description

As a .NET Developer (LOGS and Forms Developer Expert) you will design and maintain Encompass plugins forms and workflows integrate thirdparty APIs ensure regulatory compliance and build automation tools that streamline mortgage processing. Youll collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful scalable solutions for the U.S. lending industry.

• Design develop and maintain Encompass plugins custom input forms and business rules using the Encompass SDK and .NET Framework.
  
• Extend Encompass functionality by integrating thirdparty APIs and mortgage technology platforms.
  
• Customize loan workflows to enhance automation in processing underwriting and compliance tasks.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (loan officers underwriters operations teams) to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Build and deploy custom fields reports automation scripts and integration layers.
  
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards (FNMA FHLMC VA FHA CFPB).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing Encompass plugins and SDKbased implementations.
  
• Maintain and update plugins in response to system upgrades or regulatory changes.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing plugins and forms using Encompass SDK and Business Rules.
  
• Strong understanding of Encompass LOS architecture and loan processing workflows.
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs XML and JSON for system integration.
  
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database management for reporting and data extraction.
  
• Solid understanding of U.S. mortgage industry regulations and secondary market requirements.
  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
