The Enrollment Enablement Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing customer and user experience to increase throughput through quality assurance experience mapping/ enhancements and driving the implementation and adoption of marketing tools. This role requires a strategic analytical thinker who can leverage data content and digital tools to enhance marketing campaigns and improve the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
- Strategize and project manage content and campaigns
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Map and test performance data of existing tools campaigns application etc. to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing automation tools to nurture prospective student leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Quality Management support and collaboration with Enrollment Enablement Operations to support the and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams and marketing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Three 3)plus years of experience in marketing preferably in the education sector.
- Proven experience with digital marketing strategies lead nurturing and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of enrollment processes within education institutions.
- Familiarity with SEO SEM and social media
- Familiar with AI and marketing technologies
- Strong project management skills
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $49199 and $86253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
