As a Solution Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value to our clients. Working closely with our Relationship Managers and Client Success teams you will act as a trusted advisor and product expert
.Your ability to align client objectives with our products capabilities will be key in securing new business fostering client relationships and driving crosssell and upsell opportunities.
What Youll Do:
Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored solutions
Partner with sales teams to navigate the evaluation stage of the sales process providing technical expertise and strategic insights
Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing how our solutions enhance efficiency and deliver ROI
Contribute to account planning by sharing industry trends and insights into market segmentation
Serve as the goto advisor creating a clientspecific buying vision while overcoming objections with confidence
Collaborate on packaging pricing and presenting solutions that meet client need
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC) to support forecasting and account management
Ensure compliance with all business and industry standards
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 5 years in a customerfacing sales role with a track record of driving new business and solution selling
Expertise: Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions aligned to client needs
Collaboration: A proactive problemsolving mindset that thrives in a team environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability: Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously grow through learning
Languages: Fluency in Swiss German and English. Italian or French are an advantage.
