Job Description
As an Audit Manager youll be in charge of a portfolio of clients managing the full cycle of audit engagements. Youll lead diverse and highperforming teams actively involved in coaching supporting and developing them.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan budget and organize audits for clients.
- Ensure timely completion of work in progress.
- Deliver highquality client service addressing queries and concerns.
- Review audit team work and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach and encourage team members development.
- Analyze complex issues and propose meaningful recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients.
- Relevant experience as an Audit Manager (minimum 3 years postqualification).
- Financial services experience (required for this role).
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication organizational and management skills.
- Passion for client service and innovative solutions.
