Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Woerden Netherlands

Language: Dutch English

WFH policy: 2/3 days inoffice

Industry: B2B SaaS (ConstructionTech)

Product: SaaS solutions for document management quality assurance and safety compliance in the construction industry

Size and functions of local team:

  • 6 sales professionals 3 in Woerden 2 in Gemert 1 in Weesp)
  • Customer Success team supporting sales

Role description:
Pro4All backed by Main Capital is executing on a massive buyandbuild strategy. They have made multiple acquisitions this year adding a variety of tech to their platform. Their goal is to become a top 5 Construction Tech Company globally.

Pro4All is now going to start building a BDR function and is looking for their Pioneer BDR so to say. This BDR will help with uncovering the best methods for lead generation and qualification and you will work directly with senior leadership for coaching and development.

  • Focus on lead generation and qualification across multiple acquired companies
  • Mix of accountbased and outbound business development
  • Converting cold leads into warm leads and setting up sales appointments
  • Potential to expand role into running first meetings and demos
  • Working closely with the entire sales team to ensure a full pipeline

Must haves:

  • 1 year B2B sales experience (e.g. SDR recruiter account manager)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the construction sector
  • SaaS sales experience
  • German language skills (potential future expansion)

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • 40K45K base 10K15K OTE

Hiring process:
