About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Analytics Strategy Associate to lead our People Analytics efforts as the first dedicated team member in this space this role you will leverage data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions about our most valuable asset: our people.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain regular People reporting analysis and processes to support decisionmaking.
  • Conduct compensation analysis including market benchmarking compensation band revisions and internal employee pay reviews.
  • Provide analytics support for employee performance identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity by improving data mapping imputation and quality assurance processes for People data.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the efficacy and strategic use of HR data.
  • Create and deliver ad hoc reports to support oneoff analyses and strategic People initiatives.
  • Build compelling data visualizations dashboards and tools to communicate insights to leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the People Analytics infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Economics Engineering Mathematics Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in analytics business operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions processes and challenges as well as best practices in People Analytics.
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical methodologies with the ability to interpret and
  • explain results effectively.
  • Expertise in storytelling with data ensuring clarity integrity and actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with People Analytics data architecture including data ingestion transformation and visualization.
  • Expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical thinking skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with data quality assurance processes data mapping and data infrastructure.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $10600 and $130000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $111000 and $143000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. Further cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may include stock options and other Charlie Healthsponsored benefits.
