Global Manager Talent Acceleration (tX)

Join our People and Culture team as the Global Manager Talent Acceleration (tX)and lead the charge in unlocking the potential of SharkNinja team members to deliver extraordinary results.

As the Global tX Manager youll play a crucial role in embedding and amplifying this culture through datadriven impactful talent management initiatives that drive performance engagement and career growth. This hybrid role is based in our Needham HQ three days a week.

About the Role:

In this newly created role youll apply principles of IndustrialOrganizational (IO) Psychology to design implement and optimize talent programs. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous feedback driving datadriven decisionmaking and aligning talent strategies with business objectives. This position partners crossfunctionally with leaders to leverage organizational psychology and data analytics in enhancing performance management feedback and career programs.

Some Ways that You Will Drive Impact:

  • Organizational Development & Feedback Culture: Design execute and evaluate 360degree feedback processes and other feedback mechanisms to sustain a highperformance culture. Utilize IO psychology frameworks to enhance leadership feedback performance conversations and talent assessment methods. Develop training materials that equip leaders and managers to deliver effective trustbuilding feedback aligned with SharkNinjas performance standards.
  • Performance Management & Talent Assessment: Oversee enterprisewide performance management processes ensuring they are scalable datadriven and fit for the SharkNinja culture. Apply psychometric principles to assess tools rating scales and metrics for reliability validity and impact. Work with IT Total Rewards and HR teams to refine performance evaluation systems that support business growth and team member development.
  • Talent Insights & Analytics: Conduct organizational assessments employee surveys and predictive analytics to assess program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Career Development & Succession Planning: Design career pathing frameworks that align individual career growth with organizational needs.
  • DataDriven DecisionMaking: Analyze and leverage data to shape talent strategy and measure program impact.
  • Organizational Development: Expertise in designing and implementing talent programs including feedback systems and performance management frameworks.
  • Performance Management & Assessment: Knowledge of scalable performance management systems and talent assessment tools.
  • Career Development & Succession Planning: Experience in career pathing talent identification and leadership readiness assessments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills to partner with leadership and HR teams aligning talent strategies with business goals.
  • Program Management: Proven ability to manage and deliver talent initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning & Curiosity: A relentless drive to innovate find new insights and improve talent practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • Educational Excellence: Advanced degree in IndustrialOrganizational Psychology Human Resources Education or a related field with 5 years experience.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in statistical tools predictive analytics and creating dashboards using data.
  • Performance Management Expertise: Indepth knowledge of performance management systems assessment tools and best practices in talent development.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong diagnostic and consultative skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
