As Amazon continues to monitor and improve Carrier Performance we consistently evaluate our tools and processes and drive improvements through shipper and carrier performance management and internal partnerships.
Key job responsibilities Communicate externally with carriers and selling partners regarding required thresholds for Carrier Performance Analyze data to provide performance feedback to carriers and assist with disputing inaccurate defects Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with Amazons standards Drive resolution to disruptions in the inbound processes
A day in the life In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring our carriers are educated coached and supported.
