Job Description
The prepaid management team within Amazon Global Logistics Transportation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to assist with defect research disruptions coaching and management for Amazons Inbound Transportation. As Amazon continues to monitor and improve Carrier Performance we consistently evaluate our tools and processes and drive improvements through shipper and carrier performance management and internal partnerships.
Key job responsibilities
Communicate externally with carriers and selling partners regarding required thresholds for Carrier Performance
Analyze data to provide performance feedback to carriers and assist with disputing inaccurate defects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with Amazons standards
Drive resolution to disruptions in the inbound processes
A day in the life
In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring our carriers are educated coached and supported. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Regular and ongoing communication with Amazons shippers carriers and internal teams will be essential to maintain high performance standards. Your analytical skills will be invaluable in interpreting data and providing constructive feedback to carriers while your problemsolving abilities will be instrumental in resolving inbound process disruptions.

Knowledge of SQL
