The Maintenance Worker under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor undertakes upkeeps and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsiblefor keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.
Specific Responsibilities

Department:Facilities
Essential Responsibilities
The Maintenance Worker under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor undertakes upkeeps and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsiblefor keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots makes necessary repairs and completes preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related facilities equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.
- Ensures equipmentis repaired in a timely manner.
- Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical plumbing and/or HVAC.
- Performs routine landscaping on the grounds.
- Compiles records of completed maintenance and repair work.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum 1to2year experience of any repair field
- Basic understanding of electrical plumbing carpentry or HVAC systems
- Basic understanding of measurements addition and subtraction
- Carry pull and push up to 50 pounds of dead weight
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Sit stand stoop kneel squat crouch and or crawl
- Twist or turn in confined spaces
