Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership standards
- Testdrive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
- Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical suspension brakes and HVAC
- Communicate with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs
- Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Service Technician preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred
- Skilled in diagnostics electrical systems and engine repair
- Strong handeye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
- Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude team spirit and a drive for continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
