About the role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Manager to design implement and manage a comprehensive talent strategy at Sportsbet. This role will play a key part in shaping our longterm business goals through talent identification internal mobility succession planning and fostering a culture of growth. You will be instrumental in driving key talent initiatives across the company working closely with senior leadership HR business partners and collaborating within the Flutter global talent community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy that drives the development retention and mobility of talent across Sportsbet
- Manage talent mobility strategies facilitating employee growth and role transitions across divisions ensuring alignment with both business needs and individual aspirations.
- Create and manage succession planning frameworks for critical roles ensuring a pipeline of diverse internal talent and continuity for the business.
- Partner with P&C Business Partners Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to align talent management strategies with divisional needs and performance goals.
- Participate in establishing practices templates policies tools and partnerships to expand and mature talent management capabilities for the organisation.
- Embed a robust and crossdivisionally appropriate talent identification management and assessment approach including identification of potential
About You
You challenge yourself to do things differently & go the extra mile to overdeliver on excitement! Along with this you will have:
- Experience in talent management HR business partnering or related areas with a proven track record of driving talent development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent identification succession planning and performance management.
- Experience with internal talent mobility and facilitating crossfunctional talent movement.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing relationships across teams and leadership.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to influence talent strategies and decisions.
- Experience working in another federated global business environment preferred
- Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experienced in the use of psychometric assessments for a senior audience
