Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Web Developer you will play a crucial role in developing implementing and maintaining our web applications. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers and backend developers to create seamless and userfriendly digital experiences. Your proficiency in the MERN stack and API integration will be pivotal in shaping the frontend and backend aspects of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand project requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using HTML CSS and other relevant technologies.
Build scalable and efficient backend systems using and integrating with MongoDB or other databases.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces ensuring a smooth user experience.
Implement security and data protection measures throughout the development process.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack from frontend to backend.
Optimize application performance and ensure its responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with a portfolio showcasing MERN stack projects.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6 features.
1year experience (Mandatory)
Extensive experience in building singlepage applications (SPAs) using Redux or similar state management libraries.
Solid knowledge of serverside development using and .
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB including schema design and data manipulation.
Familiarity with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
Working knowledge of integrating thirdparty APIs and services.
Understanding of frontend build tools and package managers like Webpack npm or Yarn.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
