Focus Areas for Interim VP HR
Relationship with Dover member in Executive management partner to CEO.
Input to profile for future VP recruitment what should the components be
Lead the Global HR team. Secure followthrough in the initiatives as per defined AOP for each of the areas.
Make a review of the HR team in Sweden and propose changes needed to build back trust and to deliver on business needs.
Be a key part of making the Leadership summit happen.
Digital projects make sure the change is happening. Be the initial member in customer journey program.
The Interim VP HR has 4 direct reports and reports to the CEO at SWEP.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Behavior science Psychology HR or equal
10 years relevant work experience in international environment with documented good results within: people management change management and business development at multinational companies
Knowledge in labor law and cultural differences
Documented leadership experience
Documented knowledge about change management
Good knowledge of business financials
Fluent in English both written and spoken
The assignment is planned to start at the beginning of Mars and last for 8 months
Workplace is Landskrona. The role will involve travel to both the US and Asia
We expect the daily rate to be somewhere around SEKex tax.
