We are pleased to have received your request to offer an Interim VP HR at SWEP International AB

Before we start our search and matching process we want to confirm the following details from our discussion on the phone.


Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategy
  2. Responsible for all processes within the Employee Lifecycle enabling SWEP to attract recruit onboard and develop people required to create an effective and efficient organization able to execute SWEP Strategy.
  3. Responsible for all People Processes (Strategic Workforce planning Performance Management Compensation & Benefits Professional Development Talent review) enabling SWEP to develop great leaders and highly motivated workforce
  4. Responsible for building center of expertise in human behavior talent & organizational development People & Culture.
  5. VP HR develops and leads the HR team to deliver excellence in HR Operations and as HR Business partners connects people & culture with business and strategy.
  6. Responsible for ensuring legal and ethical compliance in our People processes ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all our people
  7. Drives the development of SWEP Company Culture
  8. Act as a role model always representing the Company



Focus Areas for Interim VP HR


Relationship with Dover member in Executive management partner to CEO.

Input to profile for future VP recruitment what should the components be

Lead the Global HR team. Secure followthrough in the initiatives as per defined AOP for each of the areas.

Make a review of the HR team in Sweden and propose changes needed to build back trust and to deliver on business needs.

Be a key part of making the Leadership summit happen.

Digital projects make sure the change is happening. Be the initial member in customer journey program.







The Interim VP HR has 4 direct reports and reports to the CEO at SWEP.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Behavior science Psychology HR or equal

10 years relevant work experience in international environment with documented good results within: people management change management and business development at multinational companies

Knowledge in labor law and cultural differences

Documented leadership experience

Documented knowledge about change management

Good knowledge of business financials

Fluent in English both written and spoken


The assignment is planned to start at the beginning of Mars and last for 8 months


Workplace is Landskrona. The role will involve travel to both the US and Asia


We expect the daily rate to be somewhere around SEKex tax.
