Job Summary
This position is responsible for researching analyzing and resolving customer deductions by reviewing invoices contracts and supporting documentation to identify the root cause of deductions validating their legitimacy and working with crossfunctional teams like sales and finance to recover funds from invalid deductions ultimately ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining strong customer relationships.
