Job Description
Step into the role of a Principal Solution Architect at JPMorgan Chase and become a driving force behind the development and adoption of cuttingedge cloudbased technologies.
As a Principal Solution Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking you willprovide expertise to enhance and develop architecture platforms based on modern cloudbased technologies as well as support the adoption of strategic global solutions. You will leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive bestinclass outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Advises crossfunctional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies
- Develops multiyear roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities
- Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design
- Serves as the functions goto subject matter expert
- Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
- Creates durable reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions
- Champions the firms culture of diversity equity inclusion and respect
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on data management concepts and 10 years applied experience. In addition 5 years of experience leading technologists to manage anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
- Handson practical experience delivering system design application development testing and operational stability
- Expertise in one or more programming language(s)
- Deep knowledge in one or more software applications and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture application development and technical processes with considerable indepth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. cloud artificial intelligence machine learning mobile etc.
- Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines
- Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives
- Understanding of the business
- Practical cloud native experience
