Job Description
The Global Security Technical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who support the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control alarm monitoring and video surveillance technologies. The highenergy Senior Product Associate role is a position of trust that will guide one or more products in this set of strategic security technologies.
As a Senior Product Associate within Global Security Technical Security you will use innovative and emerging technologies to solve complex problems and support launching multimilliondollar multiyear initiatives while clearly articulating benefits and ROI. This will include handson direct configuration of hardware and software ecosystems or analysis of complex reports and datasets to synthesize program trends in environments with little guidance. This role requires strong independent program management and presentation skills that include vendor and stakeholder engagement while navigating through tollgates of ideation funding planning and .
Job responsibilities:
- Manage multimilliondollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives across the firm; track progress towards key dates and prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
- Support design build management and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by crafting operational playbooks and configuration guides in addition to direct configuration.
- Craft exciting polished and articulate PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
- Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand synthesize infer and present results. Build dashboards and syndicate reporting to strategic stakeholders.
- Think critically and evaluate innovative technologies and use cases. Configure and perform iterative testing of large populations of security devices.
- Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aides and operating procedures collect and analyze metrics and prepare technical documentation.
- Support the Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks such as maintaining KPIs and providing supporting evidence of control completion.
- Engage and influence third party vendor roadmaps.
- Build strong working relationships across the global security team and other lines of business.
- Absorb details of complex technologies and rapidly understand how they can solve business problems.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- 4 years of experience with project program and/or product management
- The technical aptitude to multitask and learn new software hardware and processes quickly and simultaneously; a willingness to progress/flex/expand responsibilities; a high standard of integrity and dependability working autonomously in ambiguous highpressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Industry knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems Access Control Intrusion Detection) and basic IT networking and infrastructure design
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and oral. Able to confidently synthesize and present complex data tailoring the message to senior audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members internal stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business and external vendors
- Initiativetaker who is intellectually curious able to autonomously work with minimal direction critically think make sound decisions and follow up with questions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically PowerPoint Excel and Project
- Bachelors degree in a related field
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience with Technical Security program and/or product management
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or technology
- Strong proficiency with SQL or other similar database tools and script/query languages
- Experience implementing physical technical and administrative controls
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies of software development
