Fords Electric Vehicles Digital and Design (EVDD) team is charged with delivering the companys vision of a fully electric transportation future. As a Technical Program Manager you will continually grow and adapt your Program Management subjectmatter knowledge and technical expertise to provide solutions and guidance that will enable us to have a holistic view of the progress risks and dependencies across our Advanced EV (ADVEV) GoToMarket teams goals and program milestones. You will be working on a small highperforming team with a mission to unlock product and engineering innovation with streamlined automated and collaborative solutions. This requires a high interaction and collaboration quotient to deliver fully integrated EV vehicle systems that achieve aspirational targets associated with cost weight and efficiency and exceed operational tolerances required to deliver the ambitious project scope.
What youll do...
Mature our orgs strategy increasing adoption and consistency to provide a holistic view across our teams and vehicle build milestones.
Capture understand and help prioritize requests for support.
Understand and support the GTM teams efforts to capture prioritize and track our work to then build a strategic plan that will help everyone move towards a clearer more effective and lightweight approach to enable us to work more effectively with the use of improved Portfolio and Program Management applications
Develop processes tools and automations to efficiently monitor issue resolution and identify opportunities for greater integration velocity and collaboration across functional teams.
Youll have...
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
57 years of technical project management experience with proven results in collaboration and enterprise software including Indepth knowledge of the Atlassian suite specifically Jira Confluence and thirdparty apps.
A learning mindset and curiosity.
Comfortable defining and tracking key business and success metrics.
Demonstrated experience defining the product vision strategy and delivering value that solves problems for enterprise customers.
A strong instinct and methodology of prioritizing among opportunities balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business and clearly communicating the rationale behind your decisions.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical audiences.
An effective relationship builder and able to influence without authority.
An eagerness to work crossfunctionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team.
A system approach with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery and continuous improvement.
