Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Vice President of Talent to lead our Learning & Development Talent Management Organizational Design and Development and Talent Acquisition team. This role will oversees the development and implementation of learning and development programs and interventions drives workforce planning and supports the organization to ensure they have a build buy borrow bridge talent strategy that enables Verra Mobility to achieve its strategic ambition. This role will report directly into the Chief People Officer and will work closely with the VP of Total Rewards and the Director of People Experience to enable system level thinking across the disciplines.
