Job Description
To assist and direct guests of Knight Performance Hall during events. Take and tear tickets and/or hand out programs Escort Knight Performance Hall guests to their seats Interact and offer help with a variety of students staff faculty and guests when needed Abide by all University policies Student positions are open to individuals enrolled in a minimum of 6 TRAD credits at UNW .
Required Qualifications
Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills Dress according to the Usher Dress Code while working Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional and courteous manner Able to work individually or as a member of a team Understanding of and agreement with University of Northwesterns Declaration of Christian Community and Doctrinal Statement is essential
