Job Description
As a member of our team this is your opportunity to work at one of the most iconic golf clubs in the country!
You will be greeting our members and guests taking orders for food and/or beverages and serving food/beverage items. The job also consists of collecting payment for food/beverages including operation of a computer or cash register. You may be assisting bussing staff with filling water glasses and clearing/cleaning tables. Another aspect of being a bartender at The North Grille is getting to know our members and guests and making them feel welcomed and appreciated. Receiving tips for services typically represents a significant portion of compensation for this position.Our season is typically from May through October.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous casual fine dining waiting experience
- Able to work long hours and varied shifts
- Knowledgeable in beer wine and liquor service
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience creating and changing drink specials
- Point of Sale experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people skills
