Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

- Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge to effectively assist customers
