Based in our ORANGE VA location you will plan and direct production activities to achieve manufacturing targets as set by the production control department to support ontime delivery to customers. This role directly manages hourly production employees and promotes safety awareness while supervising and motivating employees to achieve high levels of efficiency. This will require that you lead all manufacturing activities of your department and shift and coordinate the support from other departments (maintenance tool room QA and stockroom) as required.

Works in factory environment. Occasionally lifts up to 35 pounds and may stand up to 75 of the shift Required to wear safety glasses safety shoes and gloves.
