Salary: starting range of $24 $30 per hour. Pay is determined by experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to join our team at Bethany Meadows Home. The successful candidate will be a part of a nursing team whose focus is on achieving excellence in quality measures resident satisfaction and meeting Bethanys mission vision and values. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of med aides and nursing staff during the assigned shift.

Monitor and assess resident health and administer medications as needed.

Ensure compliance with all nursing home policies and regulations.

Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans.

Provide support and guidance to nursing staff.

Maintain accurate resident records.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in South Dakota.

Proven experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.
