Mobile Engineer Mechanical
Leeds/Sheffield
Permanent Full Time
Salary 38000 plus vehicle and package
We are working directly with a growing and highly reputable medium sized facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team in the Leeds/Sheffield region.
Role:
- To carry out a wide range of maintenance works
- To carry out plumbing/hvac repairs
- Ppm and reactive maintenance
- Working on a range of commercial clients including retail offices etc.
Person:
- You must hold a trade qualification with mechanical bias such as plumbing heating or hvac
- You will be an experienced engineer able to show competency in all round maintenance works
- Experience in services such as plumbing repairs hvac maintenance emergency light testing l8 awareness etc
- You will live in the region and happy with a mobile role
- You will ideally have previous experience working on commercial contracts
Package:
- Base salary 38000
- Monday to Friday
- Callout 1 in 8
- Company vehicle
- Private healthcare

- 23 days annual leave plus birthday off plus bank holidays
