We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to help with Coordination and Sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate is detailoriented a strong communicator and passionate about talent acquisition. This is a fivemonth contract with a possible extension.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone video and onsite) with candidates hiring managers and recruiters.
Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience and provide timely updates.
Handle candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards social media Boolean search and other creative sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct basic candidate assessments to qualify talent.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
02 years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting sourcing or HR coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented with strong time management skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search etc. is a plus.
Passion for talent acquisition and building strong candidate experience
