Family Practice Physician W/ OB

Our Client is a notforprofit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing comprehensive primary urgent and preventive healthcare. Their team of physicians nurse practitioners behavioral health providers and staff deliver friendly expert care to individuals and families. The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits:
- $180000$220000 Based on Experience

Requirements:
- Active License in The State of Indiana
- DEA Certification
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Responsibilities:
- Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday: Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p Wed and Th 7:30a7p Fri 7:45a5p
- 4 or 5 Days a Week At Least 36 Hours
- 20 Patients a Day
- Call by Phone Every 2 Months
- Seeing Patients of All Ages
- No Surgery Standard Procedures
