Job Description
We are looking for a rockstar manager to become an integral part of the management team at Sky Zone Charleston. Keeping Sky Zone Charleston thriving requires a diverse set of leadership coaching and teambuilding skills and as an Assistant Manager you will need to be the master of all these skills.
In the parks fastpaced dynamic environment you must exhibit composure and poise as you learn from each new challenge. You will build and inspire highperforming teams with unique individuals who must deliver positive experiences for customers each and every time.
This position will report to the General Manager (GM) and Owner.
The ideal candidate should have with 2 years experience managing teams a polished yet friendly and sincere communication style effective and supportive management style commitment to the highest standards possible in any situation proven track record of reliability and a great sense of initiative with proven problemsolving skills.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong leadership and ability to remain professional in all situations.
Experience with managing staff training staff and coaching staff to deliver exemplery customer service every time.
Experience in operational excellence and the steps required to eliminate process redundancy and wasted time
Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment (having high emotional intelligence and a level head is paramount)
Retail or Food and Beverage experience a plus but not required
College degree or equivalent work experience
Candidates will need reliable transportation ability to work evenings and most weekends
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and take pride in their work and the establishment that they are working in.
About the position:
The Assistant Manager will be involved in all day to day management activities including managing employees schedules and performance merchandise/inventory and provide teamfirst leadership that helps inspire our team leads and staff to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
During GMs absence the Assistant Manager will also work closely with the owners to complete assignments that will help meet business objectives.
Compensation $4050k depending on experience.
