We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to build and lead an emerging Sales Development function for a fast growing leader in Digital Transformation consulting and IT services. The primary responsibility of the SDR Manager will be to achieve sales targets through effective hiring training management and coaching of a high performance sales development team. The SDR manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with our sales leadership to ensure a consistent level of appointments scheduled for our team of account executives. With a technology stack and demand generation approach that combines lead and account based motions the SDR manager will help guide the SDRs to the right set of tactics for both approaches.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development SDR management and a passion for coaching and developing team members. The team will initially support a team of four SDRs supporting new account activities.
Key Responsibilities
Hire manage and coach a team of outbound SDRs to achieve sales targets and schedule appointments
Align with the NRI North America Marketing team to understand topoffunnel lead generation campaigns and develop followup approaches that convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
Train and coach SDRs on sales techniques product knowledge and customer engagement to help them achieve their targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
Collaborate with the sales leadership and executive leadership to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives that drive pipeline growth
Forecast and track sales metrics to ensure the team is on target to achieve their goals
Use the NRI North America technology stack manage and track leads opportunities and pipeline activities and provide campaign performance feedback
Ensure that all SDRs are properly logging activity and maintaining performance against goals
Continuously evaluate and improve the SDR process to optimize performance and efficiency
Develop field relationships with strategic partners like Microsoft Cisco Pure Storage etc.
Required Skills
5 years of experience in sales management with a track record of successfully managing an outbound sales team
Experience in a B2B sales environment in the technology Professional Services experience is a plus
Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing team members
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset

$100000 $125000 a year
In addition to base salary this role is eligible for an incentive plan based on company team and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate including experience and location
