The Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to who is eager to help us drive an integrated global campaign strategy designed to elevate market awareness; support scalable sales influence and enablement programs; and deliver demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for Morningstar Indexes. This role works crossfunctionally across the Marketing organization Sales Business Development Customer Success Partner Product and other teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic ROIdriven lead generation programs that materially impact the bottom line. This position will be based in London and hybrid office attendance is required.
Responsibilities
Refine Morningstar Indexes Demand Generation infrastructure following established Morningstar frameworks.
Build strategic campaigns to meet pipeline goals for new and existing business with a focus on persona industry and geography.
Oversee all promotional planning and of contentled thought leadership programs and materials.
Coordinate scope and identify resources needed to execute marketing programs designed to drive awareness increase demand and generate pipeline.
Work crossfunctionally with various departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Support virtual and onsite events and webinars with strategic campaign planning promotion and followup.
Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels and analyze campaign KPIs providing feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration
Oversee and coordinate business unit marketing calendar of campaigns programs and events to ensure operational alignment and efficiencies.
Ensure all programs are adhering to goal setting ROI and delivery of success.
Continuously refine lead qualification nurturing and segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.
Partner closely with Sales to improve targeting and develop campaigns that address specific customer pain points and market needs.
Requirements
5 years experience in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on direct marketing and demand generation.
Extensive experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns with a demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement in demand generation programs for financial services companies.
Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decisionmaking and resource allocation.
Hardworking selfstarter able to navigate a fastpaced environment while still providing attention to detail and approaching tasks conscientiously.
Highly strategic consultative player who can problemsolve plan (think) and execute (do).
Experienced writer with the ability to adapt messaging across Institutional Wealth and Retail audiences.
Ability to think outside of the box and innovate the art of marketing.
Proven track record managing multiple priorities with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to articulate and present plans to sales leaders and executives.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
