Job Description:
- Heading machine shop operations including M/C Utilization planning production inprocess quality new development and maintenance.
- Leading the production and Process quality team of CNC shop whichhouses sophisticated CNC Drilling/Router machines to achieveproductivity quality and delivery and cost targets
- Supporting the new product development team to develop new product meeting designs for manufacturing lead time processcapability and cost targets.
- Continuous improvements by cycle time reduction set up timereduction and operation simplification.
- TPM
- Production MIS reporting
- Training & Development of Team
- KnowledgeaboutCNCProgramming&Supervision.
- KnowledgeofoperatingandsettingofSPCPMChart.
- KnowledgeofRADIALDRILL&another manual machine.
- Knowledgeoffixturesetting.
- KnowledgeofMAPALTOOL&TOOLINGSetting.
