We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Henry Hudsons Grill 1. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our restaurants recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking be able to work in a fastpaced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to our restaurants recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fastpaced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
