Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the optimization and expansion of business processes across ERP systems primarily IQMS (now DELMIAworks) in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations quality finance and supply chain to implement scalable and efficient ERP solutions while supporting reporting data integrity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support ERP modules in IQMS/DELMIAworks and related systems.
Design develop and manage Crystal Reports to support operations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and translate requirements into ERP configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues and ensure data security and integrity.
Lead ERP initiatives enhancements training testing and documentation.
Coordinate ERP system reliability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Travel up to 25 as needed for project support and implementation.
Requirements
MustHave Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
Solid understanding of ERP system design configurations and manufacturing workflows.
Strong SQL and Crystal Reports skills.
Experience delivering ERP solutions in multisite manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in plastics manufacturing or related industries.
Exposure to multiERP environments or quality management system implementations.
Background in IT integration postmergers/acquisitions.
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports. Solid understanding of ERP system design, configurations, and manufacturing workflows. Strong SQL and Crystal Reports skills. Experience delivering ERP solutions in multi-site manufacturing environments.
