Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to enhance the feedback process.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and categorize incoming user feedback based on established criteria.
Identify common themes and patterns to streamline issue tracking.
Ensure feedback is promptly assigned to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain organized records of feedback to support reporting and continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize feedback triage workflows.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer support feedback management or workflow operations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on detail.
Familiarity with tools such as Linear Slack Excel or other tracking systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for crossteam coordination.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
